Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts

The Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts (B.A. Culinary Arts) is a full-time, 3 year course which is specifically designed to amplify skills that students have in culinary arts and culinary training. The training is coupled with a rigorous schedule of academic studies and practical exposure to the workings of a Bachelor in Culinary Arts, in the thriving industry of food and drink. Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Studies
